Q Is this product coded in the United States?
A Yes, the product is code verified E2626. Mobile Arm Support.
Q What kind of clients can benefit from the Dynamic Arm Support?
A It is best to have clients assessed by a healthcare provider, but the arm support is generally beneficial for clients with neurological impairment of one upper extremity. Diagnoses might include stroke (CVA), ALS, MS, brachial plexus injury.
Q Does the Dynamic Arm Support come in different sizes?
A The base system is one size, but you will have to select the correct size of the hand block. It comes in a small and large size. The small fits a hand that is a maximum of 10.5 cm long, measured from the first knuckle of the middle finger. If you want more details, please refer to the order form.
Q: Are there different shapes or styles of the hand block?
A: Currently, only one shape is available. However, we are aware of requests for different styles and may offer them in the future.
Q Is there an assessment kit I can purchase?
A Yes. You can purchase a full assessment kit that includes all parts, mounting hardware for a variety of wheelchairs and all four sizes of the hand block. It allows you to do any needed configuration of sizes and left and right.
Q Can I change from a right to a left Dynamic Arm Support without much issue?
A If you have ordered the wrong sided product, we can help you modify the base board to accommodate the opposite side. However, you will need to purchase or exchange the hand block.
Q What type of wheelchairs will it fit?
A The Dynamic Arm Support has been designed to fit most manual wheelchair and power wheelchair models. We have a variety of mounting solutions for tubular arm rests and flat arm rests. You will need to know the brand of power chair or the tube diameter of the tubular arm rest. It is advised to use the Dynamic Arm Support with height adjustable arm rests to get the best fit. In most cases, you will also need to remove the existing armrest pad. We do not recommend trying to mount to a swing-away tubular armrest.

A Limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials arising under normal use by the original consumer.
