Intended Use
The Dynamic Arm Support is a dynamic, mobile support for the elbow, forearm, and hand that attaches to a manual or power wheelchair. It provides upper extremity support, functional dynamic range of motion at the shoulder, and an innovative, flexible hand support that promotes hand function and helps to minimize flexor tone and contractures. This product includes modular components that can be adjusted for a customized orthotic fit. A pivot mechanism allows users to exercise the shoulder in a functional, dynamic range of motion. The flexible hand support helps to position the wrist, hand and fingers in neutral alignment and minimize flexor tone and contractures. This product is designed to be mounted on a variety of wheelchair models with height adjustable armrests and can be easily removed for transfers by utilizing the quick-release function. To ensure the best clinical outcome, users should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using the product.

Q: Does the Dynamic Arm Support come in different sizes?

A: Currently, only one shape is available. However, we are aware of requests for different styles and may offer them in the future.
Q: Is there an assessment kit I can purchase?

Q: Can I change from a right to a left Dynamic Arm Support?
A: If you ordered the wrong side, we can help modify the base board to fit the opposite side. However, you’ll need to purchase or exchange the hand block.
Q: What type of wheelchairs will the Dynamic Arm Support fit?
A: It’s designed to fit most manual and power wheelchair models. We offer various mounting solutions for both tubular and flat armrests. You’ll need to know the brand of the power chair or the tube diameter of the tubular armrest.
- For the best fit, use with height-adjustable armrests.
- Typically, the existing armrest pad will need to be removed.
- We do not recommend mounting to a swing-away tubular armrest.

A: We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use by the original consumer.
Q: How can I clean the Dynamic Arm Support?
